About Titanium Anodizing:
Titanium anodizing involves no dyes or paint. Color is obtained by increasing the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the metal; light refracts differently through the different thicknesses, producing different colors.

Cleaning:
Titanium anodizing is immune to time and most chemicals. However, oils and dirt can dull the color. 
I have found Windex (or similar) can restore the vibrant colors.
